One of our circuit carriers will be carrying out essential maintenance on their network equipment, which will affect Ethernet services over our network. Directly affected customers will be notified individually.
The expected impact duration is up to 15 minutes, however, there could be several service interruptions within the maintenance window.
Work is expected to take place within the first 3 hours of the maintenance window. If any sessions remain down following the maintenance then please reboot the CPE device prior to raising a fault on our support portal.
