We will be carrying out emergency maintenance to resolve low light levels across a core link between London Telehouse North and APEX Baynard House (incident INC0053098). This is a proactive activity to prevent any unplanned outages that may arise in future from the low light levels. Engineers will be carrying out fibre testing so customers may experience several drops in service throughout the maintenance window. We apologise for the short notice for this emergency work and appreciate your patience whilst the issue is resolved.
