amatis Networks will be performing essential hardware upgrades on one of our LNS devices in Telehouse East. Customers with LTE or xDSL backup services that terminate on this device will see the service drop for the duration of the maintenance. The impact for affected customers will be a loss of site resilience and these customers will be notified directly by email. We expect the total downtime to be no more than 30 minutes within the maintenance window.
