amatis Networks will be carrying out maintenance to install and commission a new PE (Provider Edge) router into our Reading Datacentre (RDC). There will be no direct impact to customer services as traffic will be re-routed to alternative links during the maintenance, however, some customers may see some increased latency. As part of the maintenance we will also be migrating our Slough to Reading link to the new device.
If any customers experience any issues during this time please raise to our Support team through the normal channels.
A contingency date has also been scheduled for July 15th 2019 19:00-23:59 BST. If this contingency date is required we will update the maintenance notification accordingly
