Monitoring has detected a potential issue with one of our backhaul fibres from Reading to Slough. We will be carrying out emergency fibre cleaning on the fibres this evening at ~ 20:00. 

This maintenance is not expected to affect customer services as we will be rerouting traffic away from this fibre beforehand, and is an 'At Risk' notification only.

If any customers experience any issues during this time please raise to our Support team through the normal channels.
