amatis Networks have identified some sub-optimal routing on our network and will be carrying out emergency maintenance to update route costings between our Slough and Reading sites to resolve this.
There should be no direct impact to customer services, however, all customer services that route through our Reading site will be deemed 'At Risk'.
Any customers that experience any issues during the maintenance are advised to contact our Support team through the usual channels.
