One of our circuit providers will be carrying out emergency maintenance on their network to resolve an issue they have found. This will affect some Ethernet services over our network and directly affected customers will be notified individually.

The expected impact duration is up to 2 minutes, however, there could be several service interruptions within the maintenance window.

Service affecting work is expected to take place between 02:00-04:00 GMT. If any services remain down following the maintenance then please reboot the CPE device prior to raising a fault on our support portal.
