amatis will be carrying out essential hardware upgrades in our London Telehouse East POP to enhance service capability and increase capacity. We expect the service interruption to be up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window for customers with non-resilient services. The pre-requisite for this change is the successful completion of CHG0033052 so we expect downtime to commence after 10pm at the earliest.
Customers with DSL services may also see a brief interruption whilst services fail over.
