amatis will be carrying out a reload on a PE router in Slough (LD5) as recommended by the vendor to resolve a routing issue with specific subnets. We will be rerouting traffic away wherever possible to minimise the disruption to service. We anticipate the total downtime to be up to 15 minutes whilst the device reloads, except customers with high availability services, which may only see a brief interruption whilst routing re-converges.
