One of our circuit providers will be carrying out essential maintenance on their transmission network, which will affect one of our core network links between Newbury and London. We will be re-routing customer traffic away from the affected link before the maintenance commences and will normalise the traffic once the circuit provider's work has completed.
This maintenance is not expected to directly affect customer services, and is an 'At Risk' notification only. If any customers experience any issues during this time please raise to our Support team through the normal channels.
