The hardware vendor has recommended that we carry out a manual reload of the PE device as part of the fix for the issue that caused the unexpected reload on incident INC0050996. Customer services that terminate on this device will experience a loss of service for up to 12 minutes whilst the device reloads.

Customers that terminate on the device have been notified directly.
