Our LTE/4G cell network provider will be carrying out some essential maintenance on a switch in Telehouse. This will cause a loss of service for all 4G services that route over this interconnect. Once the connection is restored the services should recover automatically within 1 hour, however, if services remain down after this time please carry out a reboot of the equipment on site. Please contact our Support team for any issues or questions relating to this maintenance
