Scheduled
amatis will be replacing a faulty switch in our Telehouse East POP, which will affect customers that terminate on this switch directly as well as xDSL connections. The expected downtime for customer services will be up to 1 hour whilst connections are migrated to the replacement switch. Customers that are directly affected by this maintenance have been notified directly.

This maintenance will also affect one of our core network links and a public Internet peering LAN connection. This may cause some brief sub-optimal routing and/or latency.

xDSL customers may see some brief interruption whilst the connections migrate over to alternative LNS devices.

All other services that pass through this POP but are not directly affected are deemed at risk whilst the maintenance takes place.
