amatis Networks will be carrying out essential maintenance to update core routing filters across our core network. This maintenance will be carried out across multiple locations and will expect that the maintenance will be completed sooner than the 9 hour change window.
There should be no direct impact to customer services during this maintenance, however, some customers may see increased latency during the change window.
If any customers experience issues during this time please raise to our Support team through the normal channels.
A contingency date has also been scheduled for August 28th 2019 21:00-06:00 BST. If the contingency date is required we will update the maintenance notification accordingly.
