One of our circuit providers will be carrying out emergency maintenance on their network, which will affect two of our core network links. One between Reading South and Slough exchanges. And the other between Reading and Basingstoke exchanges. We will be re-routing customer traffic away from the affected link before the maintenance commences and will normalise the traffic once the circuit provider's work has completed.
All affected exchanges have redundant links. This maintenance is not expected to directly affect customer services, and is an 'At Risk' notification only. If any customers experience any issues during this time please raise to our Support team through the normal channels.
