amatis will be carrying out hardware upgrade in the APEX POP Bracknell exchange. Customers that terminate on this device will see a loss of service whilst the service is migrated on to the replacement device and have been notified directly.
Other traffic will be rerouted away from the device before the maintenance begins to prevent impact to other customer services. Some customer services may experience a slight increase in latency during the maintenance.
